The registration fee will cover all Symposium activities:
- Opening & Closing Receptions
- All Speaker Sessions
- Breakfast & Lunch on Thursday & Friday
- Dinner at the Red Lion on Thursday
Normal registration on or before August 11, 2008: $1000
